2. Green juice and doners - I eat a lot of doners, plus I try to get extra veggies in.
3. After work beers! Sometimes on our walks we stop for a cold beer!
4. I try and run before work in the mornings. This past month has been typically running 3 times a week, and weight training 2 days.
Plus, with the warm weather, it's been so nice running in the morning!
