With a Premium membership of Endomondo you can create a customized training plan. I have created a 'Go faster 10km' training plan. I set it for 3 times a week and the workouts vary from long runs, to interval training to fitness tests. It recalculates each week based on the previous week's performance, both distance and pace. Yesterday I had a 12km run. I think it may be the fist ever 12km I have done, and it felt great. I am a little sore and possibly still a bit tired, but very proud I pushed myself and finished the run under the suggested time. We'll have to wait and see how the rest of the training goes!
